How does it connect to my sites?
You install a lightweight agent plugin on each WordPress site and pair it with a one-time connection code. The agent reports health and runs the actions you trigger; all the heavy work and data live on the Q Digital platform, not your sites.
How many sites can I manage?
As many as you like. The licence is one-time and covers unlimited managed sites — add every client you have.
What does "the whole suite included" mean?
Buying Site Manager also gives you the free Q Digital plugins — Alt Text Generator, Email Logger, SEO Tools and Activity Logger — in your account, ready to install. Q Smart Chatbot is a separate paid product.
Is it safe to run updates through it?
Yes. Updates run one at a time or across the fleet, and each is followed by a health check so a bad update surfaces immediately rather than silently breaking a client site.
Do you store my clients' passwords?
Only the WordPress passwords you set through Site Manager, and only encrypted at rest. Revealing one requires re-entering your own Site Manager password, and every reveal is logged.
Is there a subscription?
No. Site Manager is a one-time licence. AI-assisted features (report summaries, update analysis) draw on credits, which you can top up when you need them.
